I have finally heard back re print scheduling from our key providers.  The problem is that due to out die cutting requirements we are unable to get the print job undertaken until the first week in January.  Delivery of the stock will occur in the second week in January.

I am very sorry about the delay but there is nothing I can do about it.  I will update once I have proofs in hand (these will ironically be done in the next 7 days) and will provide pictures of them.
